For open experiences and experiences completed through the Bókun widget, payments are handled through Bókun, using Stripe as payment infrastructure / payment processor. For customized, private or manually coordinated reservations, payment may be handled through other methods communicated directly by Lunático Experience, such as bank transfer or a local payment platform/payment link. Lunático Experience does not claim to store full credit card details directly on this website.

Lunático Experience does not operate an active newsletter in Release 1. If a newsletter is added in the future, email marketing tools such as Mailchimp may be used only when users voluntarily subscribe to marketing communications.

Some third-party services used by Lunático Experience, including Bókun, Stripe, Google, WhatsApp, Lovable or Instagram, may process or store data outside Colombia. Other payment methods used for customized or private reservations may also involve third-party providers or financial institutions. When this happens, we use these services to operate bookings, payments, communications, analytics, advertising measurement or website functionality.

Some Lunático experiences may allow children to participate with an accompanying responsible adult. Personal data related to minors should be provided by a parent, guardian or responsible adult and will be used only as needed to manage the booking or experience.

We keep personal data only for as long as necessary to manage requests, bookings, customer service, legal obligations, accounting, security or operational needs. When data is no longer needed, it may be deleted, anonymized or securely archived according to applicable requirements.

Payment security for Bókun widget bookings is handled through the booking and payment providers used in the reservation flow. Other customized/private payment methods may use their own security processes. No website or online service can guarantee absolute security.
